ABOUT US:
We are Yeng and Avonne --- the "dos" in THE EMBOTIDOS, a passion project that was born during the quarantine/pandemic of 2020. Getting busy in the kitchen was an activity that kept our sanity. One order led to another. Hence, @theembotidos ♥️
The main recipe is old and traditional, a family dish that's served during special occasions, was loved by everyone, and that has been passed on from one gen to another.
Being foodies and adventurous-eaters ourselves, we pioneered the gourmet flavors to cater to the growing FilAm foodie community. All in all, we currently have nine original flavors of gourmet meatrolls: Classic (🐷|🐔), Four Cheese (🧀🐷|🧀🐔), Salted Egg (🥚🐷|🥚🐔), Spicy Nori (🌶🐷|🌶🐔), and Crimp Nori (🦀🦐).
With THE EMBOTIDOS available in hubs and partner stores, it is a hAPpY food that you can serve not only during fiestas or birthdays, but every. single. day. We can't wait for you to enjoy one roll or two!
