I'm a 2nd generation, Filipino American. Back in the 80s, I've lived in the Philippines for 4 years while my dad was stationed at Clark AFB. My youth was filled with so much imagination and adventure. 30-something years later, I wanted to turn those experiences into art, which is why I came up with Ate Ethel's Fond Memories.
