I am trained to provide a variety of evidence-based interventions but I also incorporate music, Jenga, and worksheets as needed. I am also open to discussing your spiritual practices since I believe in treatment which includes the mind, body, and spirit. In addition, I evaluate and teach my clients WELLNESS practices to improve their overall wellbeing.
